- Exclusive to one author only.
- I, as the artist, keep the copyright at all times.
- A3, PNG/JPEG/PDF files, Full render, incl. commercial licence.
- Customisation: Hair style, clothing, colours, small facial feature adjustments and/or body adjustments (more curves, slimmer, muscular, NO height adjustments since this influences the pose itself).
- The artist is allowed to refuse the commission or certain adjustments, and a refund can be instated in this case.
- Refunds can be instated, but will be decided by the artist depending on the progress of the artwork.
- The art may NEVER be run through an AI program or submitted for AI training.
- On request (beforehand), the client may ask the artist for process video's and timelapse of their commissioned piece.
- The client is responsible for replying within reasonable time if the delivery date is to be possible.
